As of the 4th of July, we are finally back! We hope you’re just as excited as us to be back in the salon. We just wanted to let you all know some of the safety precautions we have put in place to keep everyone happy and safe.
Following the Government Guidelines…
Prior to opening, the salon has been deep cleaned and sanitised. After each appointment, every hair station and all equipment used will also be sanitised ready for the next client.
When you arrive for your appointment please wait outside until the reception area is clear. If no one is at reception then you may enter the salon where you will be greeted by one of our team.
Please do not attend your appointment if you’re feeling unwell, have a temperature or any other symptoms of covid19. We will take your temperature at reception to ensure the safety of our team and clients.
We will all be wearing head visors, disposable gloves and disposable aprons. Clients will also be supplied with freshly washed gowns and towels. Face masks are optional for clients and staff, however you can request your stylist to wear one if you would prefer.
We have also set up a separate room for vulnerable clients who would prefer not to be seated in the main salon with other clients as all of our stations will be in use with the appropriate social distancing measures in place.
If you’re having a colour service, we would like to request that your hair is freshly washed on the day of your appointment.
Unfortunately we will not be offering refreshments and magazines during July, however you are welcome to bring your own.
Bring as little as possible to your appointment. We are asking you to keep your belongings with you at all times.
Finally we would like to politely ask that you allow extra time for your appointments, to be on time and be patient with your stylist. This is going to be new to us all, and we are doing our best to adapt to these challenging times and new circumstances.
We cannot wait to start seeing you all again and be able to do what we do best. 💜
